听顿别蝉肠谤颈辫迟颈辞苍:听 The scholarship has been established by Mr Keith Bellmaine, a long time financial patron and friend to the University of Southern Queensland. Mr Bellmaine had a strong interest in the French culture and he desired to give young students the ability to nurture friendship and communication between Australia and France. The scholarship encourages the winner to further education, while also participating actively in the French community through employment and community activities.

听贰濒颈驳颈产颈濒颈迟测:听 Applicants must: be Australian citizens or permanent residents; be entering at minimum their second year of study of a bachelor degree at USQ, or have completed their degree within the last 12 months; be able to travel and take up the scholarship within 2 years of scholarship acceptance; enrol or be on exchange to a recognised university or academy in France and produce certified written evidence of enrolment acceptance; and be able to show evidence of their ability to support themselves financially while in France.
